Op zoek naar de balans tussen de inspanning en de ontspanning is de stip op de horizon. Wij vliegen deze zoektocht aan vanuit de filosofie van de mindfulness, de adem- en ontspanningstherapie methode van Dixhoorn en andere rijke vormen van lichaamsgericht werk. Voel een welkom!

Meer bewustzijn verkrijgen over het hier en nu. Hoe is het nu en kan jij dat accepteren. Accepteren is niet een gelatenheid en een houding van het is zo als het is en we moeten het ernaar mee doen. Nee integendeel. Het is feitelijk iets waarnemen als vertrekpunt van je ontwikkeling. Maar de erkenning voor het hier en nu is de basis van de ontwikkeling waar jij voorstaat.
